The Downstate Delaware Genealogical Society, Inc. (DDGS) is a non-profit corporation established in 1999 to further the interest in genealogical research among its members and to assist others with an interest in genealogical research. Membership is open to anyone interested in genealogy, beginners to advanced, living in Delaware or out of state. Meetings are heldon the second Saturday of February, April, June, October, and December at 1:30 p.m. in the first floor meeting room at Dover Public Library. The public is welcomed to attend.
