Teen Yoga For Stress Relief

Stressed out from endless homework, social pressure and life in general? Ages 11 - 17 are invited to de-stress with a free 1-hour yoga class led by Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor. In this class, we will move and stretch our bodies to help decrease stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase strength, flexibility, and confidence. Together, we will learn invaluable tools and techniques that can help us throughout our entire lives.  And this is the perfect age to start!  No previous experience required. Wear something comfortable, and please bring a yoga mat or towel.
