Learning to Breathe- Youth Mindfulness Class

Each weekly lesson has a topic of focus based on the acronym for BREATHE. It is prevention based to teach students how to listen to their body, be mindful of their thoughts, and be kinder to themselves concerning their emotions and self-talk. There is a heavy emphasis put upon calming oneself, being gentle with self talk, and breathing techniques.
