Feelings Rock is a fun music and movement class that helps pre-schoolers and their families to move, learn and grow together. Parents have an expectation that their child already knows how to express their feelings in a healthy way. However, the first step in dealing with emotions is properly identifying, and then learning how to handle them. Children are constantly learning new things. Whether it’s new words, sights, sounds, and even patterns through movement and music. These expressive activities are great for development and stimulate the growing brain.
