Craft Club | Exploring Surface Embellishment
Join us in the library for a craft workshop offered by local artist Rita Healey. Participants will work on embellishing muslin from a paint drop cloth. Each person will pick a theme and decorate the cloth and enhance the surface with stitching, paint, stamps, buttons, and beads. This class is a good, basic lesson on techniques that can be used in your artwork..
No experience is necessary and all materials are provided. Class size is limited to 10 people.
NOTE: this class often has a wait list. If you sign up and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration immediately. If you are placed on the wait list, please check your email frequently for a notice on whether you have moved into the class.
If you do not cancel your registration and do not show up for the class, the library has the option to decline your registration for future workshops.
