Children's Author ASL Storytime with Kathy MacMillan

Join the Newark Free Library for our last author visit before we close with the amazing author, ASL interpreter, and teacher, Kathy Macmillan! Kathy will present her program How Do You Sign “Snow”?: Winter Signs: Warm up those frigid fingers with stories, songs, and activities that explore the snowy season with basic American Sign Language. Best for ages 3+, but all ages welcome! All attendees will receive a free book and a chance to get it signed by the author!

The refreshments and books are sponsored by the Friends of the Newark Free Library, who are a volunteer non-profit organization bringing support to your library through funding and advocacy. They are pleased to provide this event to our community through a generous donation in honor of James E Dianich to promote children's literacy at the Newark Free Library.

Registration Required! The number of people attending =  the number of children in your party. Please do not include adults in your count. Enter one child's name and then the number of children in your party.
