Disabled American Veterans Seminar
Join us in the library for a presentation by National Service Officer Mark S. Donberger from the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). He will provide information to veterans located in the Lewes/Sussex area of Delaware. This information will assist veterans filing for various types of compensation offered by Veteran Affairs. DAV benefits experts will be available at the seminar to help veterans navigate their VA benefits and provide counseling for veterans on claims and appeals — all at no cost to the veteran.
The DAV is a non-profit organization dedicated to a single purpose: empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. They accomplish this by ensuring veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available to them; fighting for the interests of America’s injured heroes on Capitol Hill; and educating the public about the great sacrifices and needs of veterans transitioning back to civilian life.
Registration requested. Walk ins are welcome as space allows.
