Join Chef Charles for a fun and free cooking demo. In this cooking demonstration there will be no recipe handouts. Instead, Chef will show how we can use everyday leftovers, vegetable scraps and peels, and other food scraps to make new and enjoyable dishes. Let's learn how to cut down on food waste by using food wisely and repurposing sometimes boring leftovers into new exciting meals! Perfect for all those leftovers from Thanksgiving coming up. There will be a small tasting for attendees to enjoy following the formal demonstration.
