Get started on your journey with Pilates with the basics on the mat. We'll ease in with breathing and a gentle warm-up and then gradually move to more challenging exercises. Using the essential exercises, with a focus on strength and mobility, your body will be challenged from head to toes. You will leave feeling strong and centered!
Meet the instructor:
With 15 years of professional experience in the health and wellness field, Alicia Bercury, is passionate about transforming lives and guiding individuals toward a healthier, more resilient lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science as well as numerous certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, group fitness and the groundbreaking MELT Method.
