Christmas Traditions: A Lecture
Join us at South Coastal Library for a fun and festive holiday presentation. Trish Chambers will discuss how some of the most cherished Christmas stories like "The Night Before Christmas", "Rudolph" and "Frosty" came to be. We will discover the origins of many of our modern Christmas customs, where they came from, and how they are blended with ancient rituals. We will also touch on how different countries celebrate the holiday, as well as what different symbols like trees, bells, colors and plants mean.
Registration is appreciated. You may register in-person, via phone or online.
