(Short) Eclipse Movies for All: "A Trip to the Moon" & "Eclipse"

Can you imagine watching a movie with no talking, no color, and no computer-generated imaging?

Enjoy a blast from the (distant) past with two short films about the moon, the sun, and space travel. More than 115 years old, these silent short films, directed by Georges Méliès, are some of the very first motion pictures ever made, and the first of the science fiction genre.

A Trip to the Moon (French: Le Voyage dans la Lune) 1902. NR 13 minutes.

The Eclipse: Courtship of the Sun and Moon (originally L'éclipse du soleil en pleine lune) 1907. NR 10 minutes.

Attendees can receive FREE solar eclipse glasses. Limit 2 per household. While supplies last.
