Yin Yang Yoga

Join Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, for a free 1-hour yin yang yoga class. 

This yoga class will combine active movements and postures with longer held passive stretches to energize the body and focus the mind while also creating a sense of balance and harmony within. Please bring a yoga mat or towel from home. The instructor also recommends two 4-inch-deep foam yoga blocks. 

Advanced registration is encouraged as it guarantees your spot in the class. We do have a few walk in spots each class for those that prefer to just drop-in (first come, first serve as space permits). We hope to see you there!
