If you would like to know answers to any of the following questions then this talk is for you:
- What is the goal of yoga?
- Why does yoga work? What is its mechanism? – Naadis, Chakras, and Praanas
- What are the different approaches to yoga practice? -- Hatha yoga, Tantra yoga, and Bhakti yoga.
- How do yoga practices impact different bodies? -- Gross body, Subtle body, and Causal body?
- What is the importance of chakra cleansing via chakra vibration practice?
- What is considered a good yoga routine for total wellbeing?
- How is a yoga practice different from a workout?
A 45-minute talk will be presented followed by questions and answers. Following this, a free Chair yoga session will be available to participate at 7 pm.
