Join the Delaware Astronomical Society for an interactive show on Stars, Constellations, and the mythology behind them.
After the stories & show, participants are invited outside to try view stars, planets, the moon, and more with Delaware Astronomical Society telescopes at our first ever Star Party! In addition, try out our brand new citizen science kits and gather date on the night sky for the first time!
The constellation show will last 30-45 minutes, best for ages 3+. The star party will follow directly after until 8:30, best for ages 6+. Make sure to bring a jacket in case it is cold!
