Banned Books Canvas Bag Craft

Did you know September 22-28 is Banned Books Week? In celebration of your freedom to read, join us for a fun banned books canvas bag craft using the Cricut. All materials are provided and staff will be on hand to assist. Registration is required. Must call to register starting September 20 @ ​11 am. 302-858-5518 

Good news! No more quotas on craft & art events! Attend as you wish, but please remember to cancel to allow others to attend. If you are wait-listed, please check your email frequently, as cancellations could move you into the class. If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend,  you may be placed on a waiting list for future art classes for a period of time. 

This program was selected to empower community members to tap into creativity, artistic literacy, and expression while also creating opportunity for positive social interaction, idea exchange and relaxation. Social activities such as crafts also have been shown to slow cognitive decline as we age and can assist seniors with concentration and dexterity.
