DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, TODAY'S SESSION HAS BEEN CANCELED.
The Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild, in partnership with the Lewes Public Library, is offering an art-based Free Write every Thursday afternoon. Each Free Write will feature local artists who bring their work to the session. Participants will use the various works of art, displayed one at a time, as prompts to hopefully spark their own original poems, essays, or stories, which they can choose to share with the group. After, the artist will share the "real story" behind the work of art. This is a low-stakes, fun event for writers of all genres and skill levels.
This FreeWrite is facilitated by Patty Bennett, a Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild member, with experience in leading such groups.
