Brown V. Board of Education: Fighting Segregation in Court

Charles Hamilton Houston, Thurgood Marshall and other great civil rights attorneys believed the fight for civil and equal rights should take place in the courts.

This presentation will discuss their most famous case:  Brown v Board of Education.  Kathy Trusty of Delaware Humanities will delve into the actions and circumstances that resulted in a United States Supreme Court Ruling to end racial segregation in public schools.
