Beginning Tai Chi and Qigong for Health | 6 -week series
Join us at the South Coastal Library for a free 6-week beginners Tai Chi and Qigong series with Ellen Provost, Certified Trainer with the International Tai Chi for Health Institute and the Delaware Silver Lotus Training Institute. Tai-Chi is a mind-body exercise consisting of fluid, slow, gentle movements. All skill levels are welcome and can be completed standing or seated.
Please wear comfortable, loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes suitable for exercise to the class. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver by the instructor.
Participants should be able to attend all 6 sessions as they build off one another. Registration is required, and you only need to register once for the entire series. You may register in-person, over the phone, or online below. In the interest of fairness, participants who have previously taken a Tai Chi series are not eligible.
