Saturday, December 9 from 10 am - 4 pm.
Join us for our third annual Winter Festival & Market! We will host vendors selling a variety of items, located on our lower level and main level.
Vendors will be announced closer to the event as well as other activities.
New Castle Library Friends will host a book sale.
This event is in conjunction with The Spirit of Chrismas, a city-wide event.
