STEM Time with Sylvan: Hooray for Emergency Responders!
Participants will build a helicopter while discussing weather related dangers and how helicopters are a useful "device" for helping people during these situations. Participants will generate and compare multiple possible solutions to a problem based on how well each is likely to meet the criteria and constraints of the problem. Participants will build and program a helicopter that can make a rescue during a weather-related hazard.
