Meet Trash Can Dan
Trash Can Dan recently celebrated his 40th birthday. The Delaware Solid Waste Authority mascot, who encourages children to take part in recycling, was born at the Sandtown landfill in Felton. Drop by for a fun-filled story time and pitch in with the Clean-Up Kids. (Parent or other responsible adult must be present in the library, including during programs, for any child/youth under the age of 16.)
