Create your own little work of art!  The Greenwood Public Library will be hosting a Tiny Art Contest and Show for ages 5-105 on July 7th and 8th.  Simply register at greenwood.lib.de.us for 1 session (Friday at 10:30am, 1:30pm, or 3:30pm; Saturday at 10:30am or 1:30pm) where you will be given a 4x4 canvas, acrylic paints, and paint brushes. 

After you have painted your piece, it will be left in the library for judging and displaying.  There are three age groups for judging: Adults 18+, Teens (12-17), and Children (5-11).  Prizes will be awarded to the top three entries per age group. Prizes will be announced on July 14th on Facebook.  Winners will receive phone calls.

The paintings will be displayed in the library through August 3rd and can be picked up then.

This program is designed to enhance creativity and expression, while also creating opportunities for positive social interaction and relaxation.
