Makerspace Orientation Tour/Safety Training
The Maker Lab, where you can use 3D printers, cameras, a laser cutter and more for free, is different from the other spaces in Route 9 Library and Innovation Center. Prior to using equipment in Rt. 9 Maker Lab, makers must complete this Orientation/Safety Training to learn how to avoid damaging or being hurt by the equipment.
Before Orientation, Makers must complete our Survey, and Adult makers must first fill out the Maker Lab Agreement (for teens, have your guardian complete this Contact Form). Teens must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who can take the Orientation along with them and sign a Liability Waiver.
Registration required.
After this class, you will be able to make an appointment to come in for additional classes and training one-on-one
You can learn more about this community space and what's in it HERE.
