DEHAP Eviction/Utility Assistance
A trained Community Navigator will be providing drop in help at the Dover Public Library to assist with DEHAP rental assistance applications.
Participants should bring:
- Photo ID
- A copy of a lease
- Proof of income *if applicable
- Any relevant utility bills
