Story Time and Recipe Sampling (Longwood Gardens Community Reads)
Come to the Route 9 Library to enjoy a story time! We will be reading aloud the book, Bring Me Some Apples and I'll Make You a Pie by Robbin Gourley. Following the reading, we will be sampling two of the featured book's recipes! Children and their families will then be able to take home their own recipe kit to bake! Samples and kits will be provided by the Route 9 Library Reader's Café.
This program is in partnership with the Longwood Gardens Community Reads program. Each child will receive their very own Bring Me Some Apples and I'll Make You a Pie picture book. There will also be a drawing for 12 patrons to receive a ticket for four people to Longwood Gardens!
Registration is required. Supplies is limited.
