The Home Buyers Seminar is designed to give you an overview of the Home Buying Process. The topics include: How to get started; The Process; The vendors typically needed in the transaction; What to expect at closing and "Time to celebrate-You have the Keys"
The class will also help you understand the process of Selling a home. The topics included in this segment are: How to get started; The Realtor's Role, The Seller's responsibility; The Tours; The negotiations, and "At the table."
