Meditation for Beginners

With the increasingly demanding and loud nature of our constantly changing world, meditation has become a powerful skill to help refocus one's energy and clairty. In this one-hour session provided by the Isha Foundation, you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute daily practice that will help you to become meditative effortlessly. Learn how to attain health, clarity and joy, whether you have any previous experience with mediation or not.
