A teleservices specialist is available every Tuesday from 10AM - 3PM and Wednesday from 11 AM - 4 PM, ready to assist with a range of needs. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis with no appointment required. Walk-ins are welcome! Patrons can rely on the specialist for:

- Delaware ASSIST Benefits applications

- childcare assistance
- Medicaid enrollment

Additionally, our specialist offers a Private Teleservices Booth, which is a secure and confidential space for conducting virtual meetings and appointments, including medical appointments, job interviews, counseling sessions, and virtual meetings. The space is equipped with a laptop featuring the most up-to-date telehealth applications, high-speed internet access, and soundproofing features to guarantee utmost privacy.
