Vinyasa Yoga

Join Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, for a free 1-hour vinyasa yoga class. In this class we move through a flowing practice that connects the postures with the breath, and will be moderately paced with some more challenging poses than gentle flow. This can help to create energy, build strength, and promote flexibility and circulation throughout the body. We will end the class with a deep relaxation to help release stress and tension and to integrate all the benefits of our yoga practice to leave you feeling calm and focused. All skill levels welcome, and chairs are always available at the library. Please bring yoga mat and foam blocks.  

Registration is strongly encouraged, but we will take a few walk-ins each class, first come, first serve. To register give us a call, register in-person or register online below.
