“Pictures Come to Life” Drawing/Storytelling Performances by Jeff Hopkins

“Pictures Come to Life” Drawing/Storytelling Performances by Jeff Hopkins

Jeff Hopkins tells and draws stories for people of all ages. Working on wall-sized sheets of paper, Jeff quickly draws, narrates, and acts out characters' actions and voices. Audiences are encouraged to interact by adding sounds and movement. Jeff's drawings are large and eye-catching, and he creates them on-the-spot as part of each story.

This summer, Jeff will tell “The Jealous Bullfrog!”, an energetic story about a summer garden filled with fun flowers, insects, and animals who come to life through drawing.  When a jealous bullfrog hears that a famous visitor will be arriving at the garden, he devises a plan to become the center of attention.  Luckily, an unlikely hero in the form of a bug saves the day!
